HRH ONLINE CLINICAL CONSULTANT TERMS & POLICY AGREEMENT HRH – Homeopathy Research Hospital Purpose of the Program The HRH Online Clinical Consultant Program is designed to provide supervised practical exposure, clinical guidance, and real-life case understanding to homeopathic doctors through a structured mentorship-based system under senior clinical supervision. This platform is intended for clinical learning, ethical practice, and professional development rather than independent unsupervised consultation. 1. Nature of Association • Doctors joining HRH shall work as: “Associate Clinical Consultant” or “HRH Clinical Training Consultant” • This association does not create ownership, partnership, or permanent entitlement over the HRH platform, patients, systems, or clinical resources. • HRH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the association based on professional conduct, discipline, ethics, or institutional requirements. 2. Patient Ownership & Platform Rights • All patients connected through HRH shall remain patients of HRH – Homeopathy Research Hospital. • No consultant shall claim exclusive ownership, transfer, diversion, or personal rights over HRH patients. • Consultants shall not directly shift, privately convert, or independently retain HRH patients without official approval from HRH management. 3. Clinical Supervision Policy • Consultants may: * take case history, * analyze symptoms, * repertorize, * suggest probable remedies, * prepare follow-up observations. • Final prescription approval, potency confirmation, and clinical review may remain under senior supervision by Dr. Rajeev Nagar or the HRH Senior Clinical Panel. • HRH reserves the right to modify, correct, or reject any clinical suggestion for patient safety and treatment quality. 4. Educational & Training Objective The core objective of this platform is: • Practical clinical learning • Case analysis training • Remedy differentiation • Potency understanding • Follow-up management • Patient communication skills • Ethical homeopathic practice Consultants are expected to maintain a continuous learning attitude and accept constructive clinical guidance. 5. Incentive & Financial Structure • HRH may provide incentive-based honorarium, performance-based benefits, or consultation sharing as per internal policy. • Incentives are not permanent rights or fixed entitlements unless officially declared in writing by HRH management. • Incentive structure may vary based on: * clinical discipline, * patient handling quality, * follow-up consistency, * ethical conduct, * communication standards, * learning participation, * contribution to HRH activities. 6. Confidentiality & Professional Ethics • All patient records, prescriptions, discussions, and HRH systems shall remain confidential. • Consultants shall maintain professional ethics, respectful communication, and institutional discipline at all times. • Any misuse of patient data, internal systems, recordings, prescriptions, or HRH branding may result in immediate termination of association. 7. Non-Misrepresentation Policy • Consultants shall not misrepresent themselves as independent owners, directors, or final authorities of HRH. • Any public communication regarding HRH must maintain institutional dignity and factual accuracy. 8. Professional Conduct HRH expects: • sincerity, • discipline, • ethical behavior, • respect for supervision, • commitment to patient welfare, • and professional integrity. Any misconduct, unethical promotion, patient diversion, internal negativity, or violation of institutional ethics may lead to suspension or termination without prior notice. 9. Institutional Rights HRH reserves the full right to: • revise policies, • restructure consultation models, • change incentives, • modify responsibilities, • assign supervision levels, • or discontinue consultant access whenever required for institutional growth and patient welfare. 10. Acceptance By joining the HRH Online Clinical Consultant Program, the consultant acknowledges and agrees to abide by all HRH policies, ethics, supervision standards, and institutional guidelines.
